The SP6 Complete Weight Loss System: Meal Replacement
Today's topic is about Lifewave's meal replacement. I've written about this topic numerous times over the previous months. I've given recipes to use it for amongst other topics. Check through our old blogs for some great information.
The meal replacement is a protein powder, but it’s unlike other protein powders. It’s a unique formula that’s time released. This means over five hours of time, a little protein is released into the system at a time, keeping your blood sugar levels sustained. This is how our body uses protein. Our body can only deal with small portions at a time. If the body has too much protein at one time, the body just eliminates the excess, providing no additional benefit.
Being a vegetarian, I’ve tried a whole lot of protein powders. Most are downright disgusting. I’ll admit I was skeptical before I tried lifewave’s powder. I believed it would be like all the others I had tried. I was completely wrong. This stuff tastes great! It dissolves completely, leaving behind no chunks to try to swallow. It doesn’t separate from the water its mixed with either. It’s made with natural ingredients that will aid in your weight loss instead of hinder it. It’s sweetened with stevia and has subtle hints of a vanilla flavor. Some people don’t like the taste of stevia, and I do understand why, but I assure you, it does Not taste like stevia. It’s very important that it’s not sweetened with sugar as sugar causes weight gain and decreases the functioning of the immune system.

The SP6 Complete Weight Loss System: Detox Supplements
In the last month, we've been exploring the various Lifewave products and becoming familiar with them. This week we're exploring Lifewave's SP6 Complete Program for weight loss. Ten Reasons I'm Thankful For Lifewave
Keeping in the spirit of Thanksgiving, here is why I'm thankful for Lifewave. Lifewave has made a big difference in my life this year, and I feel thankful to be alive.
1) A shoulder blade pain I've had every day for six years resolved from the Icewave pain patches.
2) My energy used to be so low that I barely felt alive. Now, I get through my day without naps.
3) I used to not sleep well at night. I would have panic attacks related to going to bed. Now, i sleep well all night without waking, and I feel well rested in the morning.

Study Finds Obesity Increases Cancer Death Risk
A study released in June of this year reveals that obesity leads to an increased cancer death risk in the Asia-Pacific region. The study compared the risk of dying from cancer between normal weight and obese individuals in the region. After analyzing data from 424,500 adults in Asia, Australia and New Zealand, researchers found that obese individuals were 21 percent more likely to die from cancer.

Exploring The Lifewave Patches: SP6 (Weight Loss)

How Many Pairs of Skinny Jeans Do You Own?
If you’re anything like me, you’ve got a bit of a stockpile of skinny jeans in your closet, waiting to see the light of day. I have about five or six pairs, saved from each size I’m not. For years, I’ve hoped for the day when I would be able to squeeze back into them. Now, it’s finally happening for me.
I’ve been using the SP6 Complete system for my weight loss goals. I’ve made it no secret that I used to have a large amount of weight to lose. I knew I needed to do this for myself and for my kids. It was hard for me to get in and out of places or on the floor to play with them or even up and down off the couch. My body was in chronic pain everywhere, and in the mornings, I was too stiff to immediately go down the stairs. The scariest part for me was when my breathing became affected. The pressure on my chest and my body made it hard for me to breathe. I wouldn’t sleep good because the extra weight was so uncomfortable. Which Patch Can I Wear With What?
Lifewave gives certain recommendations of which patches to be used together, but there is some confusion on this topic. I’d like to explain the patch recommendations to help alleviate this confusion.
Let me start by saying that the patches are incredibly safe. This is a very safe technology. You can wear any of the patches together, and your body is not going to be harmed, however, the purpose of Lifewave’s recommendations is so that you experience the most benefit from use of the patches.
Basically, when using the patches, each body is going to respond to the patches a little differently. We all have energy, but since our energy is constantly moving, not even our own bodies will respond the same way each time. We’re all different. This is why different placement points work better on some individuals than others. It’s just about finding what placements and patches your body resonates with.
With that said, most people will find that the energy or pain patches keep them up at night. The sleep patch may make you sleepy during the day. This is why it’s best to wear the sleep patch at night and energy or pain patches during the day. This is why these patches are typically not recommended to be worn together. I can tell you for myself though that when I get pain relief from the pain patches, I do not take them off, which means I sleep in them. I personally can sleep with the energy or pain patches, and I sleep just fine. This is true just for myself though. others may be different. It’s all about personal tolerance.
Now, with the Y Age, sleep, and SP6 patches, they all aid the body in detoxifying. If you have a lot of toxins to release, then you have to find the right combination of use with these patches for you. You’re not going to be harmed from wearing all of them together, but you may experience detoxification symptoms. The patches are very effective. Detoxification symptoms are experienced when a large amount of toxins are released at a time. Everyone is going to have a personal tolerance level as to how many different types of patches they can wear and for what periods of time. It’s important to remember that detoxifying is of the utmost importance, but with the patches, it does not need to be unpleasant. Symptoms of detoxification include, headache, nausea, weakness, amongst several others. These feelings may not always be pleasant, but it’s important to remember that if you do experience these symptoms, your body is perfectly okay. You are okay. It’s important to get those toxins out, however, if you do experience these symptoms, remove the patch or patches, drink extra water to flush out the toxins, and try again in a day or two.
The SP6 and Y Age patches are not recommended to be used at night simply because our bodies detoxify the most at night, so you have a decent chance of waking up with a headache or other unpleasant symptom.
I can say for myself, however, that I regularly wear a combination of patches. I never experience detoxification symptoms. I can even sleep in whichever patches I want without experiencing any negative side effects. The patches are incredibly safe and not one negative side effect has ever been associated with their use (please note: detoxification symptoms are not a side effect. They are actually a benefit because the patches are clearly working in aiding the body to detoxify as they are intended to do). My experience will be different from others’ experiences, however, and I should mention that I had to do quite extensive detoxification to be able to be detoxified enough to wear whichever patches I want when I want.

Chocolate Milk Without The Milk... New Recipe
It's no secret I'm a fan of the SP6 Meal Replacement Protein Powder. To me, it is absolutely delicious, and I drink at least one shake a day.
While the taste is great by itself, I also like to combine it with other discoveries for truly incredible flavors. In an earlier post, I discussed how to make a phenomenal pumpkin pie drink. I'm back today with another exciting discovery.
I found a product called X Balance. X Balance is a nutritious powder mix that tastes like chocolate milk. It tastes great on its own, but it tastes better combined with milk. If you don't drink milk like me, then the SP6 powder makes a great alternative. With this combination, you get the protein you need combined with multiple superfoods. This is nutrition at its finest.
It feels great to be able to eat healthfully, while still having great taste. Healthy food should taste good. Healthy Way To Drink Pumpkin Pie
Last night, my husband and I discovered the most amazingly special recipe that can be done with the SP6 protein powder... and the best part is that it takes only a few seconds to do.
We made the protein shake like usual. You simply dump in three scoops of the powder into 16 oz. of water, mix it up or shake. Then we added some pumpkin pie spice, about 1/2 TBS. And my goodness, it made the shake taste exactly like a pumpkin pie. It was so delicious.
I love pumpkin pie, but it's not like I should have it all the time. It also takes work to make. The best part about this recipe is that it's healthy. The spice adds no extra calories. There's still no sugar involved, though you can sweeten a tiny bit with stevia if you'd like to. I am so excited about our discovery.
If you want to add a thicker consistency to the shake, add a scoop of psyllium husk powder, which is fiber. This is extremely beneficial to your body and adds a great texture.
You can experiement with different measurements of all the ingredients until it tastes the best to you. These measurements are only a loose guideline.

Polarity of the Patches
For some people, this post may be uninteresting and that’s okay. I decided to post it anyway. Basically, your body is positively charged in some areas and negatively charged in other areas. This is called the polarity of the body. I’m not going to go into a whole lot of detail on this topic, at least right now.
For those who know a lot about this and were wondering, however, the patches also come with certain polarities. This is why the patches need to be placed in certain locations on the body, and essentially, it’s how the patches function.
The tan patches that come with the Energy Enhancer and Icewave packages are negatively charged. This is why tan is said to be placed on the left and white on the right. The left is negative just like the patch. The white patches and every other patch Lifewave makes is positively charged. They go on the right because that’s where the body is positively charged.
There are many interesting experiments that can be done with the patches to prove this, and I will be listing some in a soon to be forthcoming post. When the patches are placed properly on the body, it makes the body stronger, and the difference is quite noticeable. When the patches are swapped and placed incorrectly, however, the body is made weak. This phenomenon is very clear to see and fun to experiment with.

SP6 Protein Powder (Meal Replacement)

Today I wanted to talk about the protein powder that is part of the SP6 program. Now, I am a vegetarian, so I am extremely familiar with protein powders. I haven’t yet been able to find a protein powder that goes down smooth, doesn’t taste like a chemical, and doesn’t separate from the water right away. It’s always been my experience that either the taste is great, but the powder doesn’t dissolve all the way and leaves hard to swallow little granules or dissolves smoothly, but tastes awful. Can’t we have both good things please?
Well, Lifewave has done it. I’ve just tried their new protein powder, and I was blown away. I’m picky about my protein powder, and even though, I’m a Lifewave distributor, I didn’t really think the powder would taste good. I honestly didn’t because I just haven’t come across it yet. There’s no little particles to get stuck in your throat. This is what I was looking for. Great taste and texture.

This keeps the blood sugar levels stabilized for that time period. This is helpful.
