Energy Balancing Protocol Day 3

Today is the Earth meridian, which corresponds with the stomach and spleen.

White patch: stomach 36 (an incredible point), four finger widths below right knee, two finger widths to the outside
Tan patch: spleen 6, three finger widths about inner ankle bone



The energy in your body should be becoming more balanced.

5 Day Energy Balancing Protocol

For the next five days, I’d like to introduce you to a powerful protocol for balancing the energy in the body. We’ll be stimulating acupoints along each of the body’s meridians (or 10 of them, there are 12 total).

Each day we’ll stimulate one of the five elements in Chinese medicine. The five elements are wood, fire, metal, Earth, and water. Each of these elements corresponds to a yin organ and a yang organ, so we’ll be placing the patches in two different areas each day.

Day 1: Wood meridian

This is my favorite patch placement.

White patch: Gallbladder 41, top of right foot, outer, right below pinky toe
Tan patch: Liver 3, top of left foot, inner, below big toe
