Keeping in the spirit of Thanksgiving, here is why I'm thankful for Lifewave. Lifewave has made a big difference in my life this year, and I feel thankful to be alive.
1) A shoulder blade pain I've had every day for six years resolved from the Icewave pain patches.
2) My energy used to be so low that I barely felt alive. Now, I get through my day without naps.
3) I used to not sleep well at night. I would have panic attacks related to going to bed. Now, i sleep well all night without waking, and I feel well rested in the morning.
4) I've used the SP6 Complete system for weight loss and I've lost 50 pounds. It feels wonderful!
5) With the SP6 patch, my cravings for certain foods are now manageable.
6) I'm having some of the best workouts of my life. I get through them while not feeling fatigued. I get more out of my workouts.
7) The glutathione patch has made my skin unbelievably smooth. I don't get sick very often anymore either.
8) Certain scars on my body have lessened since using the carnosine patch.
9) Blemishes that I've had since I was a teenager have cleared up. Having clear skin is extremely exciting.

Studies on New Anti-Aging Patch Show Impressive Results
In January 2011, LifeWave will launch its newest anti-aging patch, the X-15 patch. "X-15" is a code name we have given to this patch; the actual product name will be released in January. In preparing for the product launch, LifeWave has already completed six initial clinical studies to demonstrate the safety and effectiveness of this new product.
Here is an abstract from one of the recently completed studies:
Study Title: X-15 Patch Improves Cellular Physiologic Functional Status of Liver, Kidneys, Pancreas, Intestines, Hypothalamus, Adrenal and Thyroid Glands
This study examines the effects of the X-15 patch on 10 different organs to test the following hypothesis: The X-15 patch worn 12 hours/day, 5 days/week for 2 weeks significantly improves cellular physiologic functional status in all organs.
Data was collected using an Electro Interstitial Scanning (EIS) System, which measures bioelectrical impedance. The subjects were divided into two groups - one wearing the patch for five days per week (M-F) and a comparison group who wore the patch three days per week (MWF).
Overall, all organs except the pituitary gland achieved significant cellular physiologic functional status improvement compared to baseline with an average statistical power of at least 80% and the hypothesis was accepted as true.

A Message From Dr. Dean Clark Regarding the X 15 Patch
As we prepare for the launch of the X-15 patch, I thought this would be a good time to share some of my experiences with this remarkable new product with you. I am so excited about the launch of X-15, as I have found this product to be more effective than any other I have seen in dealing with a diverse set of problems.
Last spring, I conducted a 25-person pilot study to explore the effects of the X-15 patches using Medical Infrared Imaging. That study included subjects with various issues. For instance, one individual had dealt with pain in a thumb that was injured during military service for 28 years. After just three days of patch use, swelling was significantly diminished and the joint was restored to full function.
Another subject with a sleep disorder was able to get a good night’s sleep for the first time in 12 years with use of X-15. None of the other products in the marketplace that have been developed specifically to deal with this issue had helped her. She is very much looking forward to the X-15 release date!
In yet another case, the subject was experiencing a chronic skin disorder which was accompanied by a scaly, itchy rash. After five days of patch use, there was about a 90 percent improvement in the skin. No other solutions, including a number of pharmaceutical and topical products, had come close to alleviating the discomfort from this skin disorder.
The primary findings from this pilot study were that the X-15 patch offered pain relief and energy as well as a variety of other benefits. I think what is interesting in these cases is the diversity of symptoms that X-15 seemed to help. Ultimately, X-15 provides benefits that are complementary to our other products, and we are finding that this patch enhances the effects of IceWave and Energy Enhancer. Breakouts Under Patch
I wanted to quickly address the issue of breakouts under the skin where the patches are. There are some people who are allergic to the adhesive used in band-aids and are therefore unable to tolerate the adhesive on the patches. This is a rare person, indeed, and the patches can still be worn over the clothing or with other tape without removing the backing on the patches.
There is another reason a person may experience a rash, breakout, or blisters under the patch and that is detoxification. All the patches work to detoxify the body. These symptoms are simply a symptom of detoxification, which is actually a good thing for the body.
My husband experiences this with the patches. He is experiencing it right now during our trial of the X-15 patches. He’s not allergic to the adhesive. He’s simply detoxifying, which is what the patches are designed to do.
These effects are usually temporary when someone first starts using a new patch, and usually go away after a period of time. Of course, the patches can always be removed, and the effects will stop as well.

I've Been Getting Some of The Best Workouts of My Life
Lately, I've been getting back to a routine of working out. I seem to go through spurts where I'm really motivated, but eventually, life gets in the way, and I stop.
Once I stop and then decide to go back to it whether it be several weeks, a month, or even longer, I'm always unbelievably sore the next day after working out. I always dread this, and it's often the reason I delay restarting an exercise routine.
As some of you may know, I'm doing a trial of the new X 15 patch currently. This has been directly relating to my workouts. I finally knew I needed to get back to exercising daily, and I couldn't delay it anymore.
On the first day I worked out, I knew I was going to be sore. I just knew it because every other time in my entire life this has proved to be true.
I wore the X 15 patch during this first workout because I have it on all the time. I enjoyed the workout, but dreaded the next day.
Low and behold, I was not even a lick of sore the next day! Not one bit! Of course, I felt shocked. The X 15 patch wore out that day and fell off and I forgot to replace it before my workout. I did my workout just fine, but the next day, I was completely sore. I kicked myself for not remembering that darn patch.
I can only conclude the X 15 patch does something to inhibit the lactic acid buildup in my muscles. I know the carnosine and even the energy patches can do this, so it would make sense I suppose that the X 15 patch can to.
I'm a huge fan of this patch.
The lack of soreness isn't the only advantage of using the patch during workouts. Because the patch gives me such a steady stream of energy, I get through my workouts unfatigued. My muscles get tired and can tell they've been worked out, but my body in general doesn't get drained of energy. This is a significant change from my usual.
Usually when I am working out, I'm tired practically the entire workout and think to myself, "When is this going to be over?" Then when I'm finished, I collapse on the couch and have to "recover." I do not experience this at all while I am wearing the patch. I go through my workouts no problem and haven't once wondered when it would be over or thought that I couldn't finish.
This may not be particularly amazing to someone else, but for myself, since I know what my norm is, this is drastically different. I was doing an ab workout yesterday, hopping around and keeping up with the video, laughing as I did because I had never been able to keep up that well before. Can you imagine not being tired while doing 25 minutes of straight ab work?
If you're interested in which workouts I'm doing... I'm a huge fan of Core Secrets with Gunnar Peterson. I have a collection of his Dvd's, and I see great results from them. I love exercising with an exercise ball because I find it helps my balance and coordination. I like Gunnar's program because of the stretching incorporated. I feel so long and lean when I am done.
Whatever workout I do, I've been feeling the best I ever have during and after my workouts. These are some of the best I have ever had in my life (and just in case you were wondering, my abs aren't even the tiniest bit sore today after yesterday's "ab assault").

Lifewave X 15 Patch Update
Some may know that we have been trying the new X 15 patches for the past few weeks, so today, I thought to include an update on how we like them.
I can say without a doubt that this is my favorite patch yet. Here are some of the things I notice about this patch.
More Energy Than With The Energy Patches: I love the energy patches, don't get me wrong, but this patch blows those patches out of the water. The X 15 patch gives me substantially more energy than the energy patches. For me, the effectiveness of the X 15 patch lasts about four days before I have to change to a new one. Not only do I have more energy during the day, but I don't have to take the X 15 patch off at night because it doesn't keep me awake. Last night, we got in late. I had the task of then putting my kids to bed, which normally, used to be a difficult time for me because I was so exhausted. Not only was I not even one bit tired, I bounded up the stairs when we got home. Once at the top, being completely NOT winded, I realized what I had done. I have no idea what spurred me to do that, but this is coming from someone who was too stiff to go up and down the stairs quickly just a few short months ago.
X 15 Patches Elevate My Mood: Now, this is very interesting. I try to be in a good mood most of the time, and I don't really consider myself a moody person, however, I do worry a lot, have some chronic stress, and anxiety that I am trying to manage. I had no idea the X 15 patch would effect these things. I notice, though, that when I'm wearing the X 15 patch, I'm in a better mood. I just feel more peaceful, balanced, centered, and happy. Life feels good, like everything I worry about will work out fine. I notice myself not reacting to stressors in as large of a way. Things just roll off my back more. Now, this patch, of course, doesn't change my personality. That's not what I mean. I'm still me. I still have the same beliefs, passions, and opinions. I could see this patch being extremely helpful for those suffering from mood related disorders.
Pain Relief: My body does not have aches and pains when I wear this patch. I am currently working to permanently rid myself of chronic shoulder blade pain. The issue I am working with will take some time to permanently heal, so I've been using the pain or energy patches on very specific meridian points to alleviate this pain. However, now that I've been wearing the X 15 patch, I don't have to use the pain or energy patches for that purpose anymore. The X 15 patch is used in a location completely different than where I place the pain or energy patches, yet it does a better and more permanent job of relieving that pesky pain. I can always tell when I need a new X 15 patch because that pain starts to creep back slightly.
The Location: I love where the location of this patch goes. It goes two inches below my belly button. There's several other recommended locations, but this placement is so convenient. For the most part, no one knows it's there. It never falls off. I love the energy patches, but some of the locations I use them are inconvenient because they either fall off after not so much use or they're on visible parts of my body. I don't really mind this because I like the questions I get (it's a great conversation starter), but sometimes, having them hidden is nice, and I know there are a lot of people out there who don't want the patches to be seen by others.
Stiffness Goes Away: I used to be very stiff. I feel this going away. I feel as though the inflammation I have is going away. I feel my body being more loose and limber. I feel I can move around with more ease and quicker too. Being much too young to be experiencing what I was, it feels so nice to have immediate relief like this. I find myself jumping up and down from the couch. It's just simply easier to move around.
What can I say? I love this patch. I feel myself entering a better place in life, a place where I can easily take care of my kids, running and playing with them, bending and cleaning with ease, relieving chronic pains, feeling happier and better about life. This is how I want to live my life, and if I have to wear a patch two inches below my belly button daily right now to live this way, then that's just what I'll do.

Breaking News: Lifewave Unveils the New X 15 Patch due in January!
Breaking News: This Just In! The time has finally come for Lifewave to unveil the new X 15 patch, due out in January. Lifewave has created a website with a video trailer to showcase the new patch. The X 15 patches won't be out until next January, however, as a lucky distributor, I have been able to get my hands on some. My husband and I are participating in a focus study for the X 15 patch and have been using the patches for about the past week. This patch has quickly escalated to becoming my favorite. There has been a noticeable improvement in many areas of my health. The X 15 patch gives me more youthful energy than even the Energy Enhancer patches. I feel like a kid again in terms of energy. Unlike the energy patches however, I can sleep with the X 15 patch on because it does not keep me up at night.
I also notice a reduction in aches and pains in my body while wearing the X 15 patch, and the patch also aids in detoxifying the body. I've experienced increased mental clarity and focus as well.
While Lifewave has not released information on the exact mechanisms of action or intended benefits of the patch, the patch has already undergone at least six double blind placebo controlled studies. We do know the X 15 can improve organ function, decrease inflammation in the body, aid the body in detoxifying, increase cellular repair, and increase total power in the body. These findings are remarkable, and Lifewave is claiming this is their most powerful patch yet.

The X 15 patches won't be out until next January, however, as a lucky distributor, I have been able to get my hands on some. My husband and I are participating in a focus study for the X 15 patch and have been using the patches for about the past week. This patch has quickly escalated to becoming my favorite. There has been a noticeable improvement in many areas of my health. The X 15 patch gives me more youthful energy than even the Energy Enhancer patches. I feel like a kid again in terms of energy. Unlike the energy patches however, I can sleep with the X 15 patch on because it does not keep me up at night.
I also notice a reduction in aches and pains in my body while wearing the X 15 patch, and the patch also aids in detoxifying the body. I've experienced increased mental clarity and focus as well.
While Lifewave has not released information on the exact mechanisms of action or intended benefits of the patch, the patch has already undergone at least six double blind placebo controlled studies. We do know the X 15 can improve organ function, decrease inflammation in the body, aid the body in detoxifying, increase cellular repair, and increase total power in the body. These findings are remarkable, and Lifewave is claiming this is their most powerful patch yet.
I am completely psyched about this patch. Can January get here already?
