Lifewave makes an exciting announcement this morning. As a testament to how well the company is growing, they have officially opened a customer service center for our European base.
In my experiences with Lifewave's customer service, they have been remarkably helpful and speedy. It's unusual to experience customer service such as this. We're used to most customer service taking us through a lengthy automated system. I was surprised the first time I used Lifewave's customer service and heard a real voice on the other end.
Lifewave's customer service is now open. The number to reach them in Europe is +353-91-874-600. Hours of operation: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm (GMT) Monday to Friday.
This is a step forward for Lifewave. Customer service is important, and Lifewave's ranks right up there with the best.
